Every package is a fixed price, agreed before we start. The length of the finished video sets the package, not how many slides you send.

How revisions work
- One round is one list of changes, sent together.
- Unlimited revisions on Motion Keynote: one round at a time, within the agreed script and length, for 30 days after the first full cut.
- A new script or a new direction after sign-off is quoted first, never added silently.
What we need from you
- Your current deck, notes or a script. No deck? The 5–10 points you need to make.
- Numbers, quotes and logos that must appear exactly as they are.
- Your logo, colours and fonts, if you have them.
Not included
- Writing your business plan or financial model.
- Recorded voiceover: record it yourself, or we source a voice at cost.
- Stock footage or paid fonts you ask for, billed at cost.

Can I still present it live?
Yes. Play the video full screen and talk over it, or add the live-presenting version and click through it like normal slides.
Why price by minutes and not by slides?
Because the slide count doesn't decide the work, the finished video does. Thirty slides of bullets can become a tight 90-second video; five dense slides can need two minutes to land properly.
Who records the voiceover?
Most videos work without one: the words are on screen and the music carries the pace. If you want a voice, record it on your phone and we clean it up, or we source a professional voice at cost.
How do I pay?
Motion Short is paid upfront. Motion Pitch and Motion Keynote are 50% to start and 50% before the final files. All prices are in US dollars.
Who owns the video?
You do, once it's paid in full. We may show it in our portfolio unless you'd rather we didn't.
